The Hyatt Regency New Orleans availability is limited and may be sold out. As attendees cancel or edit their reservations, rooms may become available.

Cancellation Policy: Guests must call 72 hours or more before their scheduled arrival date to cancel reservations to avoid being charged one (1) night room and tax. Any reservation that is not canceled and does not arrive will be charged one (1) night room and tax to the guaranteed payment method on the reservation.

COSM 2025 Travel Awards

In addition to multiple awards & scholarships provided by COSM Societies, COSM provides Travel Awards to attend COSM. The purpose of this award is to encourage first and second-year medical students to explore careers in Otolaryngology.

Applications open September 1st. Deadline for all applications is March 3, 2025 and awards will be announced by March 31, 2025. More information can be found here.

Abstract submissions for the AHNS 2025 Annual Meeting held during the Combined Otolaryngology Spring Meetings (COSM) are now closed.
Abstract acceptance/rejection notifications went out on Thursday, January 23, 2025. If you did not receive your acceptance/rejection notification, please check your spam/junk folder. If you still did not receive it, please email [email protected] and include your Abstract ID number as well as the title of your abstract.
